Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged, and note that we offer select services for guests under 18, if accompanied by an adult. Gratuities are not included in the price of our treatments. The standard gratuity in the spa industry ranges from 20-22% of the service cost, though you may adjust based on your satisfaction. For parties of 5 or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added.
