Spa Etiquette at Sedona’s New Day Spa: Your FAQs Answered

At Sedona’s New Day Spa, we are committed to providing a serene and harmonious environment for all our guests. To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you follow our spa etiquette guidelines. Arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment to check in, change, and unwind in our tranquil lounge. While at the spa, maintain a quiet atmosphere by silencing your cell phone and speaking softly. Our professional therapists are trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy, and gratuities, are appreciated. We provide robes, slippers, and personal care products, so wear whatever makes you feel comfortable during your treatment.

We also encourage you to inform us of any health considerations or special requests when booking your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged, and note that we offer select services for guests under 18, if accompanied by an adult. Our spa facilities, including the garden patio and lounge, are reserved for guests receiving treatments, ensuring a tranquil environment for everyone. If you wish to enjoy multiple treatments in one day or take advantage of our spa packages and seasonal specials, our front desk staff can assist in creating a personalized spa experience. Gratuities are not included in the price of our treatments. The standard gratuity in the spa industry ranges from 20-22% of the service cost, though you may adjust based on your satisfaction. For parties of 5 or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added.
